Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team at Late Air, as a server. Candidates should be team-oriented, willing to assist a small & focused front of house crew, comfortable working in a high paced environment and maintaining a growth mindset. 

Skills & Qualities:

  • Must have a strong foundation of general wine knowledge as well as an interest in natural wine.

  • Can create a warm and welcoming rapor with guests

  • Ability to learn and understand our food menu + answer questions that guests may have

  • Ability to help keep dining room floor tidy from assisting with table maintenance, bussing + resetting tables and running food as needed

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and use critical thinking to solve problems

  • Willingness and ability to follow instructions, collaborate with the team and execute on a high level

  • Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism and can exude warm hospitality.

  • Must have weekend availability as well as availability around holiday seasons.
